Do you accept commissioned projects?
For all custom work, you will receive an invoice where a 50% deposit is due upfront.The invoice must be paid in full before shipping or hand delivering the artwork. The invoice includes the cost of the artwork and the shipping charges, if applicable.
May I return a piece of artwork if it does not meet my expectations?
There are no refunds after a purchase has been made.
What shipping options do you offer?
Please allow 7 days for your painting to be processed, wrapped, and shipped out. Once paintings are shipped, you will receive a traking number where you can track your sheduled delivery via USPS.com.
What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
If you receive a damaged piece of art, the artwork will be recreated for FREE..
